Sudden burning sensation in pouch

I am 7+ months out and digestively I have been doing great!  However, today all of a sudden my pouch is burning.   About a 5 on the pain scale.   The only things different were unsweetened vanilla almond milk at breakfast, and chewable calcium on an empty stomach in the afternoon.   I took gas-x and liquid lortab with no relief.  I am surprised that it is still happening - I thought it would go away once I ate.    I take 20mg omeprazole daily.  Any advice?

I get a burning sensation too at times. Some times after eating the calcium on an empty stomach and some times I wake up with it. I'm also 7 - 8 months out. The surgeon says it can't be heart burn since I don't have stomach acid. However, I have no pain, just discomfort.
