Lesson learned.

So I don't have much of a sweet tooth, especially since surgery. However today I really wanted something sweet. I'm going to blame that on being that time of the month. I know I don't dump on sugar. So when I went to the grocery store I bought a little 6oz container of Weigh****chers Mint Choc Chip ice cream. Not so much because it was WW but because it was a tiny container for like $1.20. I planned on only eating a few spoonfuls and putting it back in the freezer and save it for another day. 3 spoonfuls turned into half the container which turned into the entire container. Like 30 mins later I started to feel really sick to my stomach.

Never going to do that again. Lesson Learned.

Do you have an ice cream maker?  Eggface has some awesome protein ice cream recipes on her website.  That really helps me when I get the craving for ice cream and it's good for me, too.

Cravings will happen.  How you deal with them is what will be the difference between success and not so much success.  Plan ahead and when a craving hits try to find a harmless and maybe even healthy way to deal with them.
