V8 juice...12 oz. or more a day OK?

Thanks for the feedback and ideas, all.  I guess I feel confident enough that it is not a bad thing, to indulge my appetite for it.

BTW, my favorite, easy beef stew recipe uses V-8 too....put beef, carrots, potatoes, turnips and onions in a large covered dutch oven.  Add v-8, doctored with a cup of red wine, some dijon mustard, some fresh herbs, garlic, a little brown sugar and tapioca (to help it thicken).  Stir it all up and put it in a 250 degree oven.  Cook covered, without peeking or stirring for 5 hours.  Yum

I like to heat V8 juice and drink it kind of like hot soup.  I use the small cans and it's a nice warm drink at work.
