Surprise NSV
So I'm 6 weeks post op today and cleared for all types of lifting and strength training at the gym (obviously within moderation). So I only did a few things outside of my 40 mins on the treadmill... leg press, tricep press, bicep curls and abdominal crunch machine thingy... anyway I fit in the machines way more comfortably now. The handles on the tricep press machine are really strange and when the long part of the handle was facing in and i'd press down I couldn't press the bars past my waste i'd have to make sure the handles were facing out. I wasnt really thinking about it at first but after 2 sets I was like whoa! I don't even know if anyone has a clue what I'm talking about (I go to Planet Fitness if that helps) but yeah bottom line I fit in the machines wayyyy more comfortably now. It was a pretty neat feeling.
