I have problems with Old Navy pants as well. (as does my size 00 daughter.) I had some luck with Talbots in the past. I also found some good shorts at Penny's. I haven't shopped for new pants recently. We are still having temps in the low 90's and upper 80's. I don't think I have worn jeans since last April.

Yeah, feel ya on the droopy drawers! For jeans, I buy em tight & high-end labels (at Goodwill!). Have had good track record with Abercrombie & Fitch, Banana Republic and Rock&Republic. For pants, ummmm.... I'm starting to consider buying a booty padded underware!

You probably need to change the style of jean that you are wearing--trying a lower rise waist and see if that helps. Old Navy doesn't cut anything the same so one cut may fit perfect the same size in a different cut maybe too small or too big. I just went to the thrift store and tried on stuff till I found something that fit. Also the junior dept jeans have smaller butts than the regular women's department but you will need a bigger number size.
