Protein packed breakfast, not for the squeemish!!!

So, hello, I am not a newbie, kinda an oldie.  Been really busy so not hanging in too much.
So I have been trying to up my protein, I have stopped tracking and just started making much better choices.  So todays breakfast
protein Coffee (reg coffee with 1 scoop of unjury vanilla, 2 oz 1% milk)
3 slices of bacon
3/4 c of chobani plain yogurt with sf raspberry torani syrup
 a whopping 54 grams of protein consumed over an hour or so, maybe 2 hours, i actually just finished the coffee.
So for those having a hard time getting in the protein.  It can be done.
have a fabulous day.  If you want ideas on how to sneak in protein, hit me up.  I am a pro at it now.
PS 20g protein HALF sandwich
1 slice Arnolds or other WHOLE GRAIN bread 5 grams protein
1 slice of cheese 5-7 g protein
2 slices of turkey 8-10 g protein
This is a great snack or lunch even.
If you are able to consume it.
I am sure I WILL CATCH SOME FLACK FROM SOME BUT TO EACH HIS OWN.  I am just offerring what works for me.

I just remember when I would have made that statement. Remember, the goal is not to eat a quarter cup your entire life. The goal is to eat a reasonable amount of food (the amount a fit and healthy eater would consume probably). That's WAY more than the average new post-op eats, hence the freak outs. But really...we are SUPPOSED to able to eat more over time. You just gotta chew the right thing. ;)

Thanks Nik, I just did not want to give wrong information.  I eat pretty good.  I guess we all remember when we could eat enough for four and be looking for something else.  I don't ever want to go back to where I came from.  I find that a half of sammy and 10 chips and a 4 oz drink are usually enough for me.  Protein is my friend.  When I am packing it in, I lose.  If not and I am carbing it up, I don't lose.
