You posted about the pain in your foot last night, among other items.  Did you find out if it was a Plantar's Wart or not? DAVE

I don't know if it is or not.  I probably need to schedule an appt with my doctor to get it looked at.  Or with a podiatrist.  Or a dermatologist.  What type of doc do you see for a thing on your foot that might be a wart?

I spent most of today sleeping.  Maybe I'll call tomorrow and make an appt.

I'd go to a podiatrist. If it isn't a wart he'll know what it is and what to do about it.

My PCP was the doctor back around 1967, but specialists in the medical field were not very common back then.  Podiatrist might be best choice these days.  My PCP burned one out with what sounded like an arc welder on my skin, but it worked fine.  Oh, I mixed up some Fage with Jello creamcheese SF pudding last night, and wife had 3 servings or so today. I know you've noted it several times, so I made it in hopes my wife would find something she really liked for more protein.   I tried it too, but I added the unflavored whey isolate protein powder, and some SF Torani black cherry flavoring (about 20 drops in 4 oz.).  Blueberry cheesecake with extra protein, very good. I had to go see my PCP and she had to submit a request for me to go to the Podiatrist.  Not sure how your insurance works on those kinds of things.

One nice thing about Medicare is that you don't need a referral to see a specialist.  I can just make an appt.

My daughter had a plantar wart and we went to the podiatrist. Incidently though, she looked it up online and treated it herself with vinegar and duct tape. By the time she got to the podiatrist he was very impressed it was almost gone! He did treat it with a topical solution and in a week the entire thing was healed over.
