I keep hearing that we need "dry" vitamin D3 'cuz we can't absorb it out of oil (can't take oil capsules).  What about liquid?  I purchased some Wellesse at Costco and now wonder if I should take it back.

Here are the details (I'm not sure if I have the 1,000 or 5,000):

5000 IU:
D3 as Cholecalciferol - ingredients are: purified water, vegetable glycerin, erythritol; natural raspberry flavor, citric acid, cellulose gum, natural berry flavors, Potassium benzoate, xantham gum, natural apple flavor, malic acid, natural grape flavor, natural color and sucralose

1000 IU:
D3 as Cholecalciferol - ingredients are: purified water, evaporated organic cane juice,  natural raspberry flavor, natural mixed berry flavors, natural grape flavor, ascorbic acid, potassium sorbate, cellulose, sodium benzoate, black carrot extract

So... are they OK or do they go back?

I don't see any oils in either of those, so I'm guessing they should be OK.  I would avoid the 1000 IU one, though, since the second ingredient in it is sugar.
