Yummy Breakafast

2 pieces melted low fat/sodium provalone cheese

210 calories, 10g fat, 32 protein!!!!

I tried something new for breakfast today also...I cannot eat eggs, but your breakfast sounds yummy!

I had a Vans Protein Waffle (5 gr protein) with a 4oz serving of Fage 0% Greek plain yogurt (9 gr protein) I amixed a packet of Splenda into the yogurt and a 1/4 cup of fresh mixed and mashed berries. I put the yogurt on top of the toasted waffle and then heated up the berries and poured them on top! It was divine and delicious...more like a dessert. lol

I wish that my pouch could handle the eggs, my head misses them but Sybil (my pouch) despises them! lol
