Today I could finally eat "soft" food. Tomorrow is regular food! Yeah! For dinner I took a can of low fat Hormel chili no beans and mixed in a can of black beans and assorted seasonings. Really Really good! Thanks for all the support during my funk. Once again, keep praying or crossing fingers, whateve is your choice that 3RD TIME IS THE CHARM!

My goal:                     160 reached Dec 1, 2012
Today :                     145-150

I am half the person I was in 2008.

Yay! I'll be there with you in about 3 weeks. I'm hoping that I can tolerate the food that I'm cleared for.
