Pizza anyone?
With 53g of carbs and 16g of fat, you "love" the nutritional info? Both are too high for me to consider it a good choice, but it isn't any worse than a regular personal size thin crust pizza with chicken instead of pork toppings.

You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.

I've been making pizza on portebella mushrooms even though I dislike mushrooms. I spray the mushroom with oil and bake a few minutes before adding the sauce, cheese and turkey pepperoni or any other combination of ingredients (the mushroom can be rolled in panko bread crumbs as well). I am able to eat 1/2 of it. I also make pizza on thin flatbread crackers. I'm able to eat one. There are several types of low cal bread products as well. I just use lower calorie products for sauce, cheese and pepperoni with whatever veggies I like. Pizza is one of those things that I am glad to enjoy once in awhile. I tried a thin crust at a restaurant while traveling. I just ate the bottom leaving the edge of one slice. The restaurant had a breakdown of nutritional facts so I used it to figure out how much I got of everything. Didn't get too much of carbs or fat but also not as much protein as hoped for. I actually could of had two slices but my pouch was full on one. Have fun with food. : )
