Chick peas/snack ideas

I am working on getting enough food in my system finally. I have eaten plenty of protein snacks/foods today. Today I had a banana and two small slices of cheese for breakfast. I then completed my first day of p90x. After I had a hard boiled egg and a fat free yorgurt. A glass of milk later in the day. Some grapes. Another hard boiled egg, and later come carrot sticks. I had a small slice of thin wheat bread, amazingly has 10 grabs in two slices, with some peanut butter. For dinner I am having a small piece of chicken.

I am stuck on snacks/protein recipes except for yogurt, eggs, cheese. I made a bean salad the other day and it was fantastic. I am on a chick pea kick. Any ways to make some fast, easy snacks?

protein snacks:
Turkey pepperoni w/ laughing cow cheese (I like to use the sun dried tomato mozzarella cheese and the 4 cheese flavored triscuit crisps - super thin crackers )

sweet peppers with cheese, or tuna salad, or chicken salad
protein bar (I love Quest)
cheese stick
Cottage cheese w/ sf jello and fruit

how about hummus on sliced veggies?  I've been loving it on sliced bell peppers.

Have you tried roasted chickpeas?  They are quick to make but you can make them ahead of time and save for later if you want.  Although I like them best right out of the oven.

How about cottage cheese?
