To all the vets out there I NEED HELP
What does your surgeon say about this long stall?
Please note: I AM NOT A DOCTOR. If you want medical advice, talk to your doctor. Whatever I post, there is probably some surgeon or other health care provider somewhere that disagrees with me. If you want to know what your surgeon thinks, then ask him or her. Check out my blog.
Also, have you had your thyroid checked lately? If not, I'd get that checked.

Actually, it makes perfect sense. Your body is noticing that it doesn't have much fat left to lose, so it's holding on with all its might. Fat is what keeps us alive, ives us energy, protects our organs, nourishes us in times of famine. It's important, and your body doesn't want to let it go that easily.
Have you tried seriously changing up your workout routine? Strength training is a really good way to get fast results, especially in inches. If you're alreayd lifting weights, you could up the resistance or sign up for a circuit class. Something totally new and unexpected that will shift your metabolism and musculature into a whole new mode.
Also, if you're Zumba'ing and working out, 1000 calories may not be enough, especially as far out as you are. That's not even enough to cover most peoples' BMR. You might consider adding 500 calories per day or so for a couple weeks and see if that helps. If your body is struggling to find fuel, it's not going to release fat nearly as quickly. Giving it a boost could help a lot. If you're working out and sweating, an intake of 1500 healthy calories is not going to cause you to gain weight.
[Edit to add: Sorry, not a vet. But I answered anyway.]
