Spooning is a real treat and you should partake in it as often as possible. It may lead to other calorie burning activities as well.

lol. Didn't realize they are not everywhere. Spoon Me is a frozen yogurt place that is made with all natural ingredients, fat free, and has no table sugar added, i think.

but the other spooning is always great as well :)
