Happy ReBirthday!

Today is one year since I had gastric bypass.  I have lost 109 lbs and 35 inche total.  Went from a size 28 to a size 10, size 3x shirt to size M--L.  I am the person I always knew I was deep down inside.  I eat right and I exercise and I enjoy it!

I feel amazing and I would do it all over again!  My surgeons office is having me speak at their weight loss seminar and are setting me up for a photo shoot to be in their next advertising campain, I am so excited!

Yay... congrats... I know you are proud and should be... My rebirthday is fast approaching... It's amazing the difference a year makes... Once again congrats on your success :)
