NSV - TMI edition

So I like to do my dance aerobic in underwear and a bra. It's just more comfortable and I am the only one home when I do it.

Well, this morning when I was dancing, my panties fell off! LOL

(Oh and I'm also officially off all BP meds now too. I stopped taking them a week ago because I ran out and had been feeling lightheaded. Today my GP checked me out and said I'm doing fine without them. Yeah!)

Time to take that money I'm gonna save on prescriptions and go get some new drawers!

NSV = Non Scale Victory
SV = Scale Victory
