Super excited!!!!

When I weighed 316+ pounds, I was so overwhelmed with the amount of weight I had to lose. Instead of focusing on the whole amount I had to lose I did it in increments. For example: If I was 200 I would focus on getting into the 190's. This has really helped me. It has made it less overwhelming.

That is a good way to look at it! That is what I had to start doing, so I wouldn't get so frustrated!

 Smaller goals are achievable and with that in mind it keeps me motivated at each small goal I reach. Then one day I will be at the big goal.
