Did Your Feet Shrink After Weight Loss!!!

I was hoping that after weight loss my feet will get smaller.

No, thank goodness because I love my shoes and would not have wanted to part with any of them.

But many people do go down in size.

Mine became narrower - which was awesome - so the uncomfortable size 10s became comfortable!

One of the first places I notice a change when I lose weight is in my feet.  I have wide feet, so I'm happy when my shoes start feeling loose!!

My feet don't get smaller length-wise, though, just width.  I guess it's possible once I lose alot more weight that I could lose half a size or maybe a full size in length, though.  I haven't lost more than about 20 lbs or so in ages, though, so I have no idea!

At 10 months out, I've lost 1/2 size in shoes -was an 8 down to 7 1/2,  Hoping I'll be back to my skinny 7 size soon :)

I am 7 mos out and i went down a shoe size in length and width

I went from a 10 to an 8 1/2!  I had to get rid of all my old shoes

yup! i was a 9.5 w. now i am a 8 or 8.5 and fit into many medium widths. awesome!

Yeah! I went from 9.5 to 7.5-8 depending on the shoes. My uggs are huge on me now. I had to buy a pair of size7. Kinda sucks, cause I loved my shoes, but this just means I get to go shopping for more shoes!

I was a wide 8-8.5...now I'm back to my regular width and down to a 7.5.
