What to do now!

Ok I had surgery (Rny) on 7/26/2011 and then I had to have a revision (rny) on 8/29/2011 I have lost 60lbs or 70lbs is this good or bad! I was wondering should I have lost more weight since I had the surgery twice??? s there anything I can do to loose more weight! I had to have one of my sites cut back open because it got infection the second time around! I was told not workout because i had to heal from inside to outside! Well It is closed up now so I need to start a work out plan! If you guys have any suggestion that would help me meet my goal say like in the next 90days it would be greatly appreciated! I need to loose about 64lbs! I hope im being realistic about this.... leave your comments I am a big girl i can take the truth! Love you Guys ****Kingdom minded girl***

You're doing great!! I had my revision surgery almost a month after your first surgery and I've only lost 47.5, so you've lost more than me!!

Sorry, but I think losing 64 lbs in 90 days is possible but not probable.  No matter what your beginning, your weight loss slows down naturally.  You have done great with around 30 lbs a month but it will slow to around 10 lbs a month in the next month or so, exercise or not.  What is the rush.  Enjoy the journey, learn new habits and maybe have less loose skin if you lose a little slower.  We have a year to 18months of "honeymoon" and folks keep losing even after that.
