Overdid...laundry lesson learned.

Woke up feeling better this morning, did some laundry, took out some small trash...now incredibly sore in upper left abd. Like cant move without grimacing.

I guess when they say no lifting etc they mean it. Blush...

Waiting sucks! And my kids try, but they just seem incapable of handling trash or laundry properly LOL.

You're going to have to let it go for a while and let the kids do it....it's not perfect but is so much better than pain. Best wishes for feeling better.
