Goal Weight
Congratulations in losing so much since April! Sounds like you are doing great! I'll bet people are already saying, "stop losing weight, you'll disappear", right?
Good luck to you!
Your body will find it's own sweet spot. I actually dropped a little lower than I like for me when I got down into the mid 120's and I'm 5'6" tall, so I had a BMI of about 20 which is on the lower end of normal. Now, I sit in the upper 130's and my BMI is in the mid range for my height. Since you are not yet a year out, it is likely that you will continue to drop weight for a while, but at a much slower rate.
I think if you can get to a 'normal' BMI that is optimal, but I think as long as you can get out of the 'obese' range anything else is great.
If your weight is getting lower than you and your Dr are comfortable with, they will likely have you start adding in calories and your weight will stabilize, but please do talk with your Dr.
Congratulations on your success to date. Wishing you continued success in your journey.
