Protein!
Was wondering if anyone might have a daily regimen to get your protein in for the day. If so would you be willing to share with me. Want to try harder on getting my protein in but having a hard time doing it. So if you have a magic way of getting it in I would be very appreciative in your help. I was told 60 to 65 grams a day. Thanks for reading and suggestions!!!
Hey, I use Whey Protein by Jay Robb, I get if from Kroger. I use it with milk or water. I put it in my coffee. I use decaf instant. When I put it in my coffee I use half a scoop( about 12 grams of protein). You can use more if your taste permits. Just make sure the water is cooled down to below 130 degrees. I also put it in milk and just shake it up ( a whole scoop) . I can't stand skim milk so I use 2%. Just remember that there are others ways to get protein like milk, cheese, yogurt and also the meat and eggs you consume. Remember PROTEINS first!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even before veggies......... weird huh! Hope this little bit helps.......................

I don't know of any magic way, but you can get a lot of protein in one shake.
My day goes something like this:
breakfast - protein bar or shake
snack - yogurt
lunch - some sort of beans, vegetarian chili, egg salad, veggie burger, etc.
snack - yogurt or fruit, maybe cheese
dinner - same as lunch
snack - protein bar, yogurt
