8 month before and Now pic...

I say NOW, because I am approx 11 lbs away from my personal goal & I really want to push myself to get there...At times when I think I could have made smarter options, that may have been true, however I always have to take the time and look back on pictures...
I follow the most of the rules, but still allow myself to have some of my favorite things...starbucks frapachinos & all different foods ( to a minimum that is ) ...  I am happy to say that I am full of energy, have wayyy more self confidence and am proud of what I have accomplished so far... This is a life long journey that I would do over again in a heartbeat ...

Im more of a lurker from a few years back, but OMG you look amazing, you look like a whole new person! It amazes me more and more when I see pictures of other people who have had this surgery and what the end results could be! Way to go!!

My boyfriend brought it to my attention while looking at old pics, that I never smiled with my teeth showing, it was always a fake smerk like.... take the pic now please type....
I am happy to see that I am smiling for real, because I am truely happy
