Grouchy pouchy

I am suffering with grouchy pouchy.  In that past week it seems like nothing makes my pouch not hurt!  I take 2 or 3 bits of something and I am just done!  I am working hard each day to get in 700 calories at least and most of it is liquid calories, like shakes and milk.  But OH!  Milk is the worst on the grouchy pouchy right now, but it tastes so good and it is really the one thing that I can take down easy....doesn't make sense dose it.

How do I get rid of this? 

it makes sense if you maybe becoming lactose intolerant,,milk might be whats causeing your problems with eating,,it goes down good but builds up a gas and causes all kinds of cramping,,i was never lactose intolorant before,, i loooooovvveee milk,, but i noticed after the surgery after i drank it my body started becoming bloated and i could barley eat,,

Not sure when you had your surgery, but it could be possible that you have a stricture and/or ulcer.  I would go to your surgeon and have it checked out if I were you.

WHAT!!  REALLY!  What is a stricture?  I see people post about them all the time, but never pay too much attention.  

I don't throw up, I can FEEL my pouch, but it's not painful, just uncomfortable.  I have an appointment with my surgeon the beginning of Aug for 3 month check up.  If it doesn't get any worse should I wait until then.
