Night nausea

I don't have as much nausea anymore during the day but I find once it hits 9:00pm I get nausea very easily by moving around to much or even thinking about food can make me gag.  Does anyone else have this issue.  Will it ever go away!

Oh and I had my RNY 3 and half months ago.

when do you eat and drink? Is it possible you need to eat some protein around that 9pm time, or a little before to keep your blood sugar level?

That might be the problem, I usually dont eat again after my supper which is usually around 6 ish.  I also sometimes have the same type of nausea in the mornings if I dont eat.
