NSV- I'm inspiring!!
I've never had anyone say this to me before, and now I've heard it twice in one week. I got tired of my friend's complaining about their insecurities. I decided to take a stand. I'm a 14/16, and I bought myself a bikini. Yup, I have loose skin and stretch marks. Yup, I'm self conscious about it. But- others don't see what I see. They see my 204 pound body, not the 294 pound body I see.
So I bought the bikini and put a picture on Facebook, and said I am proud of my body- it's not perfect, but I own it! I've worn my bikini to the public pool twice. No one fainted, threw up, or even stared! Two people have told me that my story inspires them, and they liberated their bikinis this past week! Love it!!
