The first picture was right before my first WLS in 2002.  The second is from Easter.
 
This was taken last Friday.

 I'm not proud to admit that I don't exercise.  Many reasons, excuses really but I plan on changing that.  I have a bike that I will be riding around the neighborhood and I will be joining the local community center next pay day.  They have a weight room and an awesome pool with water aerobic classes.  I may join their Zumba class, too, if I can afford it.
I have always had a problem with exercise.  It just doesn't come naturally to me.  I have taken water aerobics in the past though and I liked those.  I know I need to exercise, not only to help me maintain and tone up but for my mood and energy level.

NO  WAY!!!!!!!  You are not that thin.   How did you do that without excercising.?  You must be happy!!!!!

 I think exercising is very important,  not just for weight loss but maintenance.  I plan on getting more in asap.
I am very happy with my weight loss :)

Hot dang, lady!!! You look great!! Exercise doesn't come naturally to me either, especially with all my back issues, so I think anything we do our bodies will be happy with!! I think riding a bike sounds like a great idea. It's fun, so I wouldn't be counting down the minutes!!
I only strive to be, the kind of person my dogs think I am!                               

Of the choices we are given, it's no choice at all....
