Stall Busters HELP!!!!
Stalls are normal and sometimes you do something new and the weight moves so you think you discovered a way to break a stall, which may have been ready to break anyway.
How long has it been?
How is your eating? Are you tracking your food? Avoiding refined carbs? Getting in all your protein and fluids? Getting some kind of exercise in? As long as you are doing all that then all you can do is wait.
If you are not doing all of that then what can you do to get started?

Upping my protein has always worked for me.
