10 weeks out

I'm a day past 10 weeks since surgery, so I thought I'd share some pictures. The first picture was taken about two years ago. I was close to my highest weight then, probably between 225 and 230. The second picture was taken this morning before my run (check out the nifty new shoes!), weight 184. Wheeee!

 wow that is great congrats u look great im 6wks and 2 days post op i lost 23lbs since surgery 31lbs all together i was 311 now im 280 im not sure if im on track but it seems like im losing at a slower rate than other people what do you think.   tarsha

iI am a little slow also I lost 24 pounsd preop and 36 -41 pounds since surgery depending on whether I count date of surgery weight of 301, on the weight when I came home of 306, I did satll from day 10 until about 6 weeks post op, the few weeks I have dropped about 25 pounds.

You're doing fine. Everyone has their own rate, and it's not a steady line. My weight seems to come off in clumps if I go by the scale, but I can often see changes before they show up on the scale. If the scale is stalled, I start checking measurements. Just not during PMS-puffy week. :)
