What is everyone's EASIEST way to make crust free pizza? I have only tried making the cauliflower crust one time with zero luck!  But it was a long time ago and I think they now have frozen cauliflower 'rice' that can be used more easily? What are your choices on easy idea's?

Thank you for the idea! I will have to look up the amount of carbs in wonton wrappers. Wouldn't think it would be very high.

I just use meat for the crust, or I use this recipe.  Neither is necessarily low calorie, but both are very low carb.

I follow a ketogenic diet post-op. I also have a diagnosis of binge eating disorder. Feel free to ask me about either!

Using meat as the crust does sound like the easiest way! I'm all about easy dinners

Made pizza as my 2nd day getting back on track... I used this recipe chicken-crust-pizza and the whole family indulged. It was very yummy..

Will have to try this! Sounds simple and looks great.

I use Carb Balance tortillas (net carbs), add low sugar sauce, 2% milk mozarella, and toppings.  It works well enough.

However, in all honesty I usually just buy Papa Murphys thin crust pizza and move all of the toppings from two small slices to one slice when I want the real thing.  It's an occasional treat.

I've used the cauliflower crust successfully. The secret is to make sure you get as much of the moisture out as you can.
