Hi

I'm starting to look for a plastic surgeon in the NY/NJ area. Any suggestions?

OMG i cannot BELIEVE i beat MBL to this one,  but Dr. Capella is the post MWL specialist for that area.  He is well published in the field and folks are happy with the results.

Hahahaha, cute! I must be slipping. Honestly, I was out all day today on a shopping spree. I have to replace an entire wardrobe because I got so small from my plastic surgery. Now that is a switch. I think most of my life I had to keep buying a new wardrobe of bigger and bigger sizes!

I had my 4-mos post op consult (via phone) with Dr, Capella this past week. I've lost 46 inches and 38 pounds. As he reviewed the photos that I had sent to him, he said that I looked "incredible" "fantastic" and that "there just aren't enough adjectives to describe it." I can tell you that I feel like I hit the jackpot.

A bad selfie of me messing around in the Abercrombie & Fitch dressing room today, the store that makes clothes super tight and only up to size 10. Here I bought three tees size XS and a hoodie size M. The leggins that I am wearing are LOFT size S. Just last April my size 14 Gap cargo pants were tight on me. I am thrilled with my results.

Funny thing is I had a consultation w/ Dr. Capella yesterday morning. I was looking to see if anyone suggested anyone else. I posted the same thing here & in the RNY section & Dr. Capella is the only one any one suggests! Guess that made my decision easy! :-)

Trust me ....I am in Atlanta....there was no one local i truly "loved" to trust my 10+ extra yards of skin to!  Consider yourself lucky!

If any of you are interested in someone located in Philadelphia, I would recommend Dr. Stephen Kovach - he works out of the HUP family of hospitals.  I have used him for several procedures and love his work.  Let me know if you are interested in more details.
