Monday.....what are you eating?

Ok...on my way back to Little Rock after a trip to San Diego. I was so busy I hardly ate anything and did TONS of walking. We'll see what the scale thinks about that tomorrow morning

So far today:

B.....Greek yogurt, 1/2 thin bagel with lite cream cheese

Snack.....banana and almonds.

L.......turkey and kite cr cheese on a bagel thin

The rest of the day is literally up in the air....flight delayed out of SD, might miss my connection on phoenix

Good morning Susan...welcome back.....I did my best to keep the thread running while you were away.

YESTERDAY........

B.....Boost High Protein Drink

L....turkey, stuffing, green bean and carrot mix.

D....chicken brat and left over veggies from lunch

S....strawberries

       slice of zucchini bread (small loaf)

Connie, thanks for trying! Yesterday looks like a good day for you!

So, here is the deal....flight from SD an hour late leaving, next flight out of Phoenix to little rock goes through Austin and Dallas before getting me home. Good thing I have my back up plan of almonds and an emergency protein bar!

Had a nice salsa bowl for lunch, rice, beans, BBQ pork.

Susan...looks like you are doing great today...hard to eat when traveling.

I am really trying to eat better....somedays are better then others...that is how it goes.

Food today:

Breakfast:  1/2-3/4 cup of oatmeal with splenda and a little cream

Snack:  bell pepper, cucumber salad

Lunch 1/2 cup of homemade cream of broccoli soup. I had an entire cup but my friend said, gee that smells good and I said, here have some, so we split it. 

Snack:  cheerios about a half a cup

Dinner:  I baked chicken thigh, a homemade buttermilk biscuit--the bottom part....sweet potatoes.  

snack: sugar free popsicle and carrots.

I am going to China next month and I do not relish the rearrangement in my food intake.  I plan on taking as much food on the plan as I can but I am stuck in the airport in LA for 16 hours so I imagine there will be a ton of crappy eating.
