For those of you who have lost 5-100 (+!) lbs, this is some idea of what you are no longer holding onto.

what your knees hips and ankles are not burdened under. what you yourself have gotten rid of in your body. be proud, be aware, be amazed. you rock. we all rock.

I may not be there yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!

Wow eh!!!! I often try to visualize just how much I've actually lost... it's so difficult!!

I was at a pub tonight that I go to sometimes, and they renovated last year. The booths got a lot smaller in the renos, and pre-surgery I could barely squeeze in. Tonight I was noticing I actually have room between me and the table!!!

Yep, it's a lot of weight!!!

Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. Choose happy.

I found it helpful to see just what we are losing. it comes off in bits and peices all over our bodies, but when you see it in the lump like that it just makes you aware of what all you are getting rid of. i am amazed.
