First stall is finally over and NSV

Hey all!

I've been on a stall for about 3 weeks, and though I could tell I was still losing inches here and there, I started weighing myself almost every day in the hopes of finally seeing movement. I'm guessing it was mainly because I was regaining some of the muscle I lost for the first few weeks when I was having problems with my protein shakes.

Well, this morning it finally happened! Down 4 pounds from the last weigh in, and 2 from Where I was before the stall started.

PLUS, I decided to wear one of my favorite dresses today (a red Dalek dress that I say is a ladybug when I wear it to work lol), and it fits SO much better than it used to! It's a slightly stretchy fabric, so it fit alright before, but now it actually looks like it's the right size for me and not that it's clearly a little too small. :D

It was such a great morning that I wanted to share.

Hope you're doing well!

Kayla

Congratulations! It must feel so good when you look in the mirror and see things fitting better. Keep up the good work :-)
