Healthy Request Chunky Soups from Campbells these soups fit into the low sugar and low fat and i can blend them but some do contain noodles or rice i wondered if that makes a difference or not since it will be pureed.

Also my NUT booklet says I can do cottage cheese now but doesn't say anything about low fat light cream cheese.. can anyone help clarify if this will be a dealbreaker cheese during puree or not?

Please advise thanks :)

OH also...can anyone tell me when they were able to start eating skinned cucumber? I miss cucumbers lol

Hi - I wouldn't do the soups, too high in salt and not enough protien.

I did a lot of cottage cheese - cream cheese should be ok but what are you eating it with?

As for raw veggies, wait, missing them or not... these are harder for our tummies to break down.

Short term pain for long term gain! :)

I wanted to have a little bit of salmon with the cream cheese. Or to mix it with lean ground beef and beans for a taco esque blend
