I can't believe that I have completed 2 out of 3 weeks of my optifast... in 8 sleeps I will be going in for my surgery!! Can't wait :)

You're right you will be having surgery before you know it. I found that the last week on opti went the fastest! Good luck!!

Pat yourself on the back for making it. I find I am still hungry on the opti. I think Im getting bored of the same thing. Opti, tea and clear broth and repeat.

Like you said tho, 8 more sleeps for both of us. YAY!!!!!
