Frozen dinners for lunches?

Are we able to have some frozen dinners for lunch - like the odd Lean Cuisine or those VH Streamers?  I know they are quite high in sodium - but I am wondering if we are in a pinch and that is all that is available?

I am 8 weeks out today and forgot my lunch at home and my boss keeps frozen dinners here in the office!  I had some soup, but someone ate it!

Thanks,
Jen

You have to be careful with those. High carbs, sodium and this early out it may be difficult to digest. I would start packing a few little things for work, yoghurts, can of beans, stuff you can leave at your workplace?

I do have some things here and I had some soup in the cupboard - so  when I realized I had forgotten my lunch I was going to have that with some melba toast and laughing cow cheese.  Except, someone ate it the other day.  There isn't any frozen dinners either, ( my boss usually stocks up) so I am just going to make do with the items I do have.  Thanks for your feedback :)

I keep a Quest bar in my purse all of the time.

I also have at work (in my desk, NOT the kitchen) those small pre-flavoured cans of tuna. If you don't have a desk, you can also keep in your work bag or purse, just put it in a ziplock bag with a plastic fork and you are all set.

I had an old lean cuisine  beef and broccoli and looked at the stats for fun. It has 45g of carbs and 12g of sugar
