Slow loser?? (X-post)
So in 10 weeks, I have lost 33 lbs. I had my RNY surgery 7 weeks ago, and did a liquid diet for 3 weeks pre-op. I am "light weight" - so does this seem to be on course then - losing 33 lbs in 10 weeks? It seems to be SLOW!! I am struggling with my protein, not sure if that could be a part of the slower loss - or perhaps it is just me thinking it's slow. Thoughts?

10 to 12 lbs. in first 10 days
15 to 25 lbs. in 6 weeks
25 to 35 lbs. in 3 months
45 to 60 lbs. in 6 months
80 lbs. or more in 1 year
90 lbs. or more in 18 month

As I said, it's only a guideline, not a strict rule.
