Update
Just writing an update - The summer has been crazy - I started a new job in the end of July - it is new and exciting and I love it. The last month of summer has been crazy - I have been making the 2 hour trip home to visit family every weekend for the last month.
Onto the exciting part - I have had my sleep study and do not have sleep apnea - I have had my final appointment with the nurse and she has confirmed that I am ready fort the next step - She is having the team sign off on my file and it will be sent to HRRH for the surgical consult part of my journey - Should be on the bench within the next few months

We are a local clothing exchange and social group stemmed off of a couple of the local support boards on Facebook and also OH members for those having had or going to have WLS. We meet monthly for a large clothing exchange and potluck in the East end of Ottawa.
