Ran my first 5K!
Ran my first 5k in 39 (almost 40 )minutes this past Saturday in Ottawa!
My awesome fiance ran next to me the entire time.. and he runs a 25min 5k.. soo you can imagine how awesome it was to have him by my side!
124lbs down.. 60 more to go.. 8months post op!
