Opti!!
Well i'm on day 6 of opti, and while i pray that never again in my life will have to endure this, it's not been so bad. The first 2 days felt like swallowing hatred, but once I got used to the taste somewhat and of course got som SF caramel from starbucks, things have been rocking and rolling. I'm still hungry, maybe my ketosis is broken;) but i can manage through it now. So all in all not bad! And the bonus part is as of last friday(when i had my first opti) till today when I had my PATTS done i've lost a stunning 14 pounds. I don't even understand how that's possible but here we are. Still 13 days to go but i mean I've gotten this far so the best must be yet to come right? :)

Thank you doll!! I'm pretty jazzed I've gotten this far, I thought for sure after day one i'd be robbing a buffet restaurant but i haven't so i'm pretty proud!

i know i was absolutely shocked when the nurse weighed me and said that since tuesday I'd lost 4 pounds.Amazing I don't think it will keep up that way but it's still a good bit of weight. I hope you're doing much better:)
