Couch Potatoe ....
Ok I admit it ... I am a couch potatoe at heart.
But that is not the reason for my post. It appears that I have either a rotator cuff injury or tendonitis. So my Dr tries to prescribe NSAID's. I declined of course and just asked for a referral to a physiotherapist but it just shows you that we have to watch out for ourselves.
Anyways ... Off to physio I go ... Although still wondering how a couch potatoe manages to get an injury that is most often sports related.

I have had a problem with my shoulder for over 2 years....had physio etc etc....a friend told me to put a bar of soap ( no dial or dove) between the mattress cover and my fitted sheet - close to where the injury or pain is......
Of course I said..."yeah right..."......but I had nothing to lose.....so I tried it....within 2 weeks my shoulder was so much better....crazy but true....and its worth a try...
this is a Dr Gott cure....he has the best advice....and writes for many papers in the states
