As soon as Aspen gave me the go ahead for working out, I jumped on a treadmill and started the Couch 2 5K program! I am on week 8 of 9 weeks.. so I obviously need to up my speed to make it to 5k.. buut I will take the 3.5 k and finish my last week of the program next week and then focus on speed and reaching the 5k with the "run keeper" app. It's been an awesome tool to have!

no c25k is an app on its own, thats program I have been using to teach myself to run! :) I will move on to run keeper once completed this app ( only one week left).
