I am so happy for you that you got the surgery behind you!!
I'm still in the Optifast Phase and I'm having some difficulty....like another member posted....
I am having the Optitrots.... oh well...guess this is part of the trip.

OMG that came so fast, I am so glad you are doing well. Thats awesome. I am truly happy for you. How is that foot of yours? I got a little good news, my sleep apnea is very minor, no more sleep studies for me, no machine and my oxygen levels dont drop when I sleep. No more slumber parties for you and I !!! LOL You take care of yourself and get healed up real soon. Including your foot.

Referral sent Sept 2012 -Info Session -January 7 2013. Surgeon (Dr. Huynh-HRRH) February 5 2013. Dr. Glazer, Nurse, SW and NUT -> March 25 2013, May 1st, Surgeon, Patts-June 6. SURGERY JUNE 26 2013!! 100 lbs gone in 4 months!
i have so many questions and am very new to this..
where do you live tht surgery was approved so fast?
is there any live chat forums for support and info?
i am not very tech savy so they would have to be simple..lol..

i am scared and i am fat and i dont want to be either anymore..
i got a decent but skinny support group and alot of pressure to make this work
i just got my first appt at the clinic here in hamilton ontario and
a friend just got through the first 4-6 appt at same clinic so have a small
idea of what is in store but everyone is differnet and she is not considering surgery right now
help!

btw i am 40 and female a mom of 2 girls 20 and 16 with a great hubby and a mostly normal life so thats just a little about me
oh and i probably have about 150 pounds to lose

Referred: August 8, 2012. - Referral to HRRH Dr. Hagan Dec 20 - Surgery scheduled for April 16, 2013! Surgery completed and I`m doing fine!
