Had surgery on Nov 21 with Dr. Mamazza at the Civic. Healed well and things have been good. So far down 112 lbs, and feel great! Lots more energy and for the most part no problems with foods in general.

Very good news to hear. 112 lbs since November - that is phenomenal!

I had my SW appointment today and I choose to go to Ottawa. Glad to hear of your success!

It gets easier everyday and its funny after a time the recovery after surgery is a distant memory. I found that as the time went on I felt stronger and stronger each day.

You should also be proud that yourself too!
