wow... just wow! I am 4.5 pounds away from goal number 1! 199 pounds! I have lost 69.5 whole pounds since starting this journey!! SO FAR! I am not done! The best is yet to come!

Wow, you're doing an amazing job! Thank you for posting such encouraging photos for us pre-ops. Honestly, posting photos is more encouraging than just posting the numbers. I can see a lot of change.
