Well today I am officially less than half of my former self. I have lost 136 pounds and my current weight now sit at 135 pounds! So excited I can't even explain how it feels. I am exercising regularly, and running!!! I would never have believed that I would be able to jump on a treadmill and run 5 km.
Five pounds to go to my next goal of 130 and I will re-assess from there once I arrive lol. Feeling great with my one year anniversary approaching on November 16th. Whole new world now with this new healthy body of mine.
Just wanted to share and also to say congrats to those well into their losing and good luck to those just beginning this journey!!
