Your top 10 meals or recipes

 What are your top 10 meals or recipes...things that have become staples in your diet because they are easy to prepare, tasty and easily meet post-wls nutrition requirements?  Share them with us so we can see what others are eating and get some more meal ideas.


Mine are...

1. Fish tacos (without the taco shell) - eggface recipe
2. Sweet potato chili
3. Butternut squash and turkey sausage casserole - eggface recipe
4. Cotage cheese and ground beef stuffed peppers
5. Different varities of eggbites - eggface recipe
6. Chicken breast, pasta sauce and cheese
7. kashi go lean or fiber 1 cereal, greek yogurt and blueberries mixed together
8. Cottage cheese with a banana on the side (I don't like to mix them for some reason)
9. 2 babybel light and 2 mini protein muffins - eggface recipe
10. half a low carb wrap, a few baby spinach leaves, deli meat and a slice of cheese

And some runners-up....
11, Meat spaghetti sauce sprinkled with parmesan cheese
12. White fish (tilapia, cod, sole, haddock,etc) baked in tin foil topped with some pesto
13. Baby spinach, hard boiled egg, shredded mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes

As you can see, several of my favourites are eggface recipes...thank goodness for eggface!

I love eggbites and find that they are very versatile. My absolute favourite recipe is Eggfaces Philly Cheesesteak casserole; I make it at least once a month and freeze it for easy meals.

My 10 top meals;

1. Hot cereal, oatmeal, cream of wheat or oat bran with 1/2 mashed banana, 1 t maple syrup
2. Kashi Lean or Vector cereal with 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
3. yoghurt fruit smoothie
4. GF banana blueberry muffin
5. greek yoghurt parfait
6. halal chicken BBQd
7. baked fresh haddock with fresh lemon slice
8. old cheddar cheese with grapes
9. home made veggie soup (once base is made, dozens of combos are easily made)
10.poached egg with 1/2 ww bagel w peanut butter

At 5 and a bit weeks out.

1.  Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake
2.  Ricotta cheese bake - Eggface
3. Chicken breast cooked in the slow cooker with a cup of Salsa poured on top.  So tender !
4.  Chili
5.  Turkey breast slice (PC blue menu deli) with a slice of provolone rolled up with mustard/mayo dip
6.  Ricotta cheese protein pancakes w'sugar free syrup
7.  Cauliflower pie - Eggface
8.  Greek yogurt (with torani or pumpkin puree or SF jam added)
9.  Fish filet.  Baked or pan seared.  Salmon, mahi mahi.  mmmm my favorite !
10.  Melba toast with a laughing cow smeared on it :)

1 .  Egg salad and melba toast.
2.   Quinoa salad
3.   Meatloaf muffins
4.   Lasagna cupcakes
5.   Protein banana bread
6.   Homemade soup, protein rich, several variations
7.   Pickle cheese and meat rollups
8.   Cottage cheese a little fat free whip cream and frozen blueberries
9.   Roasted veggies
10. Protein coffee

 I'm still preop but love the ideas.  where can i find these 'eggface' recipes that everyone raves of?
