Hi Kathleen, Too bad you didn't/couldn't make it out this month. We had some could exchange of ideas on protein and it was fun seeing everyone's before pictures. We had 2 new faces join us which was great! Hopefully we all get to meet you next month! Our next meeting is Sept. 29th.
now to find a pic where i'm not standing behind someone... hmmmm!!!
