I stayed the same. Did as lot of exercise over the weekend but it isn't moving the scale. Think I better watch the food measurements to see if things need adjusting.

5 months out from RNY.

First time my weight has not moved at least a lb in a week.  Not sure if this is directly attributable to my cycle or just cause it is getting harder to lose now.  (I know TMI)

Unfortunately i got hit with the PMS sugar craving bug. And crumbled under the pressure of wanting somethinng sweet....I love red licorice.  Or I do now anyways.  My old Sugar of choice around this time of month used to be pies, I suppose red licorice is a step up.

And before anyone says it, I know not on the post wls menu plan and yes I understand I should not be eating them.  I also realize it is my responsability to figure out an alternative or a way to cope.  So in 3 weeks I am going to go out and buy a few packs of sugar free red licorice.  It tastes just as good and because it is made with the -itol sugars ( Yeah sugar Alcohols).  I get the added bonus of not being grumpy.

It's coming off pretty good but I feel quite weak.
Water is good and getting the hang of protein  protein  protein. :)
Starting to move around better. Pain is decreasing though still present.
Wednesday marks the start of week 4 post op.

Long you live and high you fly
And smiles you'll give and tears you'll cry
And all you touch and all you see
Is all your life will ever be.
